Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR

October 06, 2025, Zürich – Youngtimers AG, a Swiss-listed Company (SWX: YTME; the “Company”), announces the resignation of Dr Rory F Knight as Member of the Board of Directors and as Chairman. The current CEO, Mr Ben Cheng, has been elected as new Chairman ad interim.

Based on personal reasons, Dr Rory F Knight has resigned from his position as Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors of the Company. This decision was taken in mutual agreement between Dr Rory F Knight and the Board of Directors.

“Youngtimers AG would like to thank Dr Rory F Knight for his valuable support and contribution in the last few months,” commented Mr Ben Cheng, CEO of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr Ben Cheng as new Chairman ad interim until a Chairman will be elected by the shareholders, the latest at the next annual general meeting of the Company. The member of the Board of Directors Lorenzo Landini will replace Dr Rory F Knight as member of the compensation committee.
