Youngtimers AG, a Swiss-listed company (YTME: SIX; “Youngtimers” or “Company”) is pleased to announce the engagement of Forvis Mazars SA as its new external auditor for the financial year 2025, subject to shareholders’ approval.
As the Company has grown from a local Swiss business into an international group with operations spanning across Europe, Greater China, and Australia, Youngtimers has transitioned the audit mandate to a firm with a global scale.
Youngtimers extends its sincere thanks to Berney & Associés SA for the great cooperation throughout the past years and during the transition.

The general meeting to vote on the new auditor will be convocated in due course. Berney & Associés SA will remain in office as external auditor until the election of Forvis Mazars AG.
