Basel (Switzerland), August 5, 2022 Youngtimers AG, a Basel-based investment Company listed in Switzerland (YTME: SIX), calls for the annual shareholders meeting (the “AGM”). The Board of Directors of Youngtimers AG (YTME, or the “Company”) has approved the agenda for the AGM to take place on August 26, 2022. The Board of Directors has been informed that its current members, Massimiliano Iuliano, Victor Iezuitov and Svetlana Klochko, are not standing for re-election at the AGM. The Board of Directors recommends to the Company’s shareholders to vote at AGM for the re-election of Lorenzo Landini and the election of the new Board members Norman Hansen, US citizen, residing in France, and Jan Schulmeister, German citizen, residing in Switzerland and the Board to be chaired by Norman Hansen.
