Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR
May 11, 2025, Basel – Youngtimers AG, a Swiss-listed Company (SWX: YTME; the “Company”), announces the resignation of Mr. Christian Eich as Member of the Board of Directors and as Chairman. Furthermore, the current CEO, Mr. Ben Cheng, was elected as new Chairman and Member of the Compensation Committee ad interim, for the remaining term of office.
Mr. Christian Eich has resigned today from the position of Chairman as well as member of the Board of Directors of the Company. This decision was taken in mutual agreement between Mr. Christian Eich and the Board of Directors based on Mr. Christian Eich’s desire to entirely focus on his other projects, including his work as a business lawyer. “Youngtimers AG would like to thank Mr. Christian Eich for his valuable support in the previous months”, commented Mr. Ben Cheng, CEO of the Company.
The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Ben Cheng as new Chairman and Member of the Compensation Committee for the remaining term of office until the upcoming annual general meeting of the Company.
