Youngtimers AG Appoints Ben Cheng as CEO Following Successful Acquisition of C Capital

January 14, 2025, Hong Kong - Swiss-listed company Youngtimers AG (SIX: YTME) announces the appointment of Mr. Ben Cheng as Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, Mr. Cheng will lead the company’s strategic direction and oversee its continued growth and development. Following the completion of the acquisition in November 2024, Youngtimers AG now fully owns all entities under C Capital Group, as well as 100% of Jakota Index Portfolios Inc. C Capital Group operates two core divisions. The investment management and advisory arm, headquartered in Hong Kong, focuses on high-growth, Asia-originating companies with global expansion potential. Its diverse portfolio includes renowned names such as Shein, NIO, XPeng, Lalamove, SenseTime, Agile Robots, and CASETiFY. Jakota Index Portfolios Inc., based in New York and Tokyo, is an innovative index licensing and investment firm covering the Japan, Korea, and Taiwan (“Ja-Ko-Ta”) capital markets. Together, these units create a synergistic platform, delivering value across regions and industries. Youngtimers AG now boasts a diverse and global shareholder base, with stakeholders spanning Europe, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
